I believe that we can all agree that time is passing more quickly. Days seem to be increasingly shorter, with perhaps 18 hours instead of 24.
We are all involved in this new rhythm of intense dynamism where change is always present. Organizations and professionals seek to adjust to the vibration of these scenarios.
Historically, we have tried to accompany this process, gaining support from the advances of technology and the improvement of our methods and work systems. However, it is notable that these actions represent only 50% of the solution; they guarantee the present but not the continuity, the future.
I understand that a parallel movement took place in the organizational world, where the consolidation of culture and business values and the incorporation or development of professional talents gained immense importance. A strong culture orients our plans and projects, talent turns our projects into reality.
The great "mystery" lies in forming or discovering professionals who have technical consistency and at the same time identify with and are committed to the ideas of the organization. In most cases, people are hired for their skills and fired for their behavior.
